tenancyforms.co.nz came about through the frustration that I experienced personally as a landord in filling out tenancy forms by hand all the time. So, I thought that it would be a good idea to start a project to turn all these “static” PDF forms into “dynamic” forms which can be filled out on the screen and then printed out by landlords and tenants alike. As it turns out I wasn’t the only landlord with this frustration, and to date we have served up thousands of forms.

So, if you are a landlord looking to fill out a tenancy form then you can do that online and then print it off. Also, landlords and property managers can save as many copies of these forms as they like on their computer, allowing them to save templates for each rental.
